The Journal of the Franklin Institute was written by Thomas Edison and Charles T. Porter back in 1882. This journal highlighted various inventions from over the years like the Edison Steam Dynamo and Dynamometer to how to prevent fires in theaters and pollution of the Schuylkill River. It was kept in the Louisville Free Public Library Reference Collection.
