This computer's purpose was to figure out handicapping stats about thoroughbred horse racing. The user enters information into the device about each horse from the Form, then the computer analyzes the data and produces a numerical rating for the horse. A mathematics professor at Adelphi University, William Quirin helped develop the Horse Race Analyzer with his programing.1
