What You’ll Do
- Digitize, research, and catalog vintage computers and rare documents.
- Assist with exhibition preparation, display construction, and archival organization.
- Participate in educational programming — help school groups, write short features, or capture photos/videos.
- Collaborate on social media, newsletters, and public outreach as part of our communications efforts.
- Photograph some of the rarest computers in the world so that others can study them.
About You
- Current college student or advanced high‑school student with curiosity and initiative.
- Interest in technology, history, design, storytelling, museums, or education.
- No prior museum experience required — we’ll teach you what you need to know.
- Interns must have their own transportation to Parkesburg, PA.
Logistics
- Location: Parkesburg, Pennsylvania.
- Hours: Flexible, part‑time — we’ll work around your class schedule.
- Credit & Experience: Academic credit may be available through your institution; otherwise this is a volunteer internship with professional mentorship and portfolio‑quality work at a world-class institution.
